Boardgamer here, but I've been lurking since I picked up some Warcry stuff recently. I've also grabbed some paints and am practicing on some old Zombicide minis to get the hang of things. It'll probably be a while until I feel confident enough to add to the gallery.

Hi! Welcome to the hobby! Starting out with painting minis can be intimidating. While I can understand not feeling confident enough to add to the gallery, the P & M section on dakka is a pretty welcoming place and getting feedback on your painting is a great way to improve your craft!
If you want, you always have the option to disable voting on your photos if you don't want negative votes to discourage you. Also, I would recommend watching some of Duncan Rhodes warhammer tv painting tutorials -- even for models you don't own or intend to paint; It's a great way to learn new techniques. Cheers!

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka
