It's been a while but I'm just wondering how I would upload images without uploading to the Gallery? For example I'm looking at just uploading some JPEG images from my computer on pages from my own fandex's and such.

The attachments button at the bottom of the posting window is probably what you are looking for.

Cheers! I'm looking at the preview and I'm not seeing the images shown on the main post. Would I need to, say, make a G-Drive folder that's set to public and C+P links into the [Img] buttons?

I'm not sure about previewing the images in the editor, i've only ever added them to the end (as per attached image) - which you don't even see after posting and editing.

The attachment function just puts the image/s at the end of the post. They don't load until you hit the post button, so won't show on the preview.

It's also worth noting that images attached to posts in the painting & modeling section are automatically uploaded to the gallery as well as being attached to the post.
