Saw this video popup on my YT feed, felt morally obligated to share it here.

This could work well with Admech, Tau and necron terrain. Maybe regular imperial too. Possibly eldar. The soft plastic can be a pain to glue but you'll find a way.

Yup, they're very cool. I did something similar a while back - There's a walkthrough here: https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/766339.page

I'm a long way from being the first. People have been doing variations on this for decades. But there's nothing wrong with being excited about something you've just seen for the first time, regardless of how long it's actually been around.

And it is a really cool, and amazingly simple way to build some unusual looking terrain.

Posting this may lead some noobs to your article above so it;s good, plus his use of the vacc hose was clever.

One thing I have discovered on these is how to correct a problem and mount them to formcore at the same time.

Mine are all kind of squeezed in at the middle, so I made some foamcore squares that fit inside the gum cases that pushes the middle part out to make its sides straight, then i glue the squares to the base board and put the glue inside the cases to hold them onto the upright squares to mount and straighten them.

Thanks for posting this. It has inspired me to make a generator for Necromunda. It is so simple but unless you know of the Hubba Bubba containers you wouldn't think of it...

Bit of 10mm and 5mm XPS sheet for a base, hot glue, paint and you've got a half decent looking generator!!
