Hey all,

New to the forum... but not to the gaming scene.

Been gaming and collecting since the 80's (ok... shaddup already!) and been involved with GW for a few years as it was my first Saturday job, first full time job and first managerial job. Moved on since then but always followed the scene.

I've collected quite a few interesting things in my time from the first, unpublished, full ruleset for a game called 'Confrontation', which eventually morphed into the 'Necromunda' we all know and love... to an unpublished transcript of a novella, by a certain Mr William King which is the 4th instalment in his 'Konrad' series of books. Make of that what you will.

Currently back into WH40k and AoS, with a healthy dose of Bolt Action on the side.

...and yes I've been lurking here for years, but first time signing up and posting.

Have fun all.

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka

IceAngel wrote:I must say Knightley, I am very envious of your squiggle ability. I mean, if squiggles were a tactical squad, you'd be the sergeant. If squiggles were an HQ, you'd be the special character. If squiggles were a way of life, you'd be Doctor Phil...

Aha! ...and that's what you get from relying on memory alone. 'Konrad's author is David Ferring... NOT William King!

Depsite that slip, probably should mention I'm a BIG fan of books, Black Library ones anyways.
