So Death guards Foul Blightspawn has an ability "Putrefying stink" which states that one enemy unit in 3" cannot fight until all eligible unit have fought first.
How does this work if the unit has always fights first do they cancel each other or does one work over the other?
What about if one or more of Death guard unit is forced to fight last like the Drukhari have these kind of rules on the Wyches I think.
How do these work with each other? Cancel each other or does some work better than others?

If a unit is ineligible to fight, it cannot fight. Having a rule to fight first is not relevant in that case. This is why there is the Fight First, Fight Last FAQ note about Counter-offensive.

very GW-like to make a rule that invalidates other rules that invalidate core rules.
basically though, if you have fight first, and are made ineligible to fight until all other eligible units, then you get to fight first out of all the ineligible units.
