I'll say right now you're best dropping the Fire Prisms if you want a competitive army. Ignoring invul saves is great but it is CP hungry to do it and the versatility of the unit isn't as good as it used to be. Night Spinners would be the immediate replacement for both and it gives you some needed indirect fire.

Having tested windriders, the shuriken catapult squad is probably the best of the three options as Scatter and Shuriken Cannon bikes get prohibitively expensive very fast.

If you can buff the Wraithblades they'll be a solid tanky unit to contest the midboard with Will and the other powers in the list.

You're very light on bodies in this list due to the Blades and Windriders, so you may struggle to keep up on primaries.

I'm curious to see how Guardian heavy Ulthwe armies do out there. For your list since you are bringing a Spiritseer perhaps it would be wise to bring some more Wraiths perhaps a pair of Wraithlords in lieu of the Fire Prisms.
