Decided to do a game set on one of our fellow Dakka Fiction worlds featured here.

The game was set up on a slanted board that formed a large hill. To go up the hill, it counts as difficult terrain. To go down the hill, charge rolls are +1.
Skirmish Game: 5 ork models vs 10 guardsman models. 5 rounds to completely eliminate the other side. Nothing battle forged obviously.
Narrative
After the necron assault on the ork positions, orks scattered far and wide across many parts of Pharous. Many had ended up in the foot hills. Rugged patrols of hardened soldiers scoured the most difficult terrain to route out scattered ork mobs. Alpha and Bravo teams had been tracking this particular mob for sometime, pushing their way through the steep foothills, and wading through the bloodied remains of wildlife and civilians butchered by the ork mob.
Now they had finally caught up to them. They could hear the screams coming from the cabin coming from some poor hunter about to meet his end, and they heard the bellowing of the ork mob, probably about to boil the poor soul alive. But now justice had come...or had it?
Alpha Team in Position. Closing In!
Wots dat? Humies. Looks like more meat for da table. Git em boyz!
Litz git stuck in ladz!
Alpha team fell back under the weight of the ork assault as Bravo team laid downt he law with a flamer. Bravo finished the job by charging in and finishing off the survivors with their blades in close combat. (Good rolling Imperials!)
Dakka Dakka Dakka!
Put the flamer on him! There we go, that's one crispy ork
Having eliminated the orks, the soldiers rescued the poor hunter, his wife, and children that had been tied up in their own cabin, waiting to be eaten.
But the war would never be truly over.
