Q: am I reading this correctly, Fury of the Legion providers bolters with an additional shot if the model is stationary, reasonable enough, a bone thrown at tactical squads to get two shots at range, three close in or one less on either if they move. Death Guard legion trait indicates they count as stationary even if they move, am I correct in reading this such that Death Guard squads with Fury of the Legion get the extra shot even if they move?

bonus Q: how does [Fury of the Legion work for reaction shooting, I'd read it as if you didn't move during your last turn then you would get it when making a shooting reaction as well (and then the XIV get it regardless)

is this right?

Death guard move and fury, and tacticals get fury of the legion when making shooting reactions in the opponents turn, including overwatch

at least thats how we have played it, does make charging tacticals hunkering down dangerous, but feels right

Everyone get Fury when they Overwatch as Overwatch specifies that you count as Stationary when firing Overwatch.

"Units making a Shooting Attack as part of this Reaction are considered to be Stationary, and may fire weapons of any type as though they had not moved."
