Reading through the rules I found that a techmarine can lead a servitor squad.
But also any servitor squad cna join an unit that is being led a a techmarine.

Does that mean you can make 8 servitors + 1 techmarine?

The techmarine leads a servitor squad, and the second servitor squad joins that unit that is being lead by a servitor.

I see no reason it would be illegal.

I doubt it was intended that way, but as written this seems legit.

Shame you're limited to 3 units of Servitors, otherwise I'd bring two such units.
