To anybody who has built these, do the parts mix and match with the regular Cataphract kit? Can you make like 10 half Justaerin/half regular models?

Judging by the picks on FW, yeah you should be fine to mix and match. The only one that might not be entirely cross compatible is the lightning claws for the Justaerin.

Yeah they all mix fine. Just remember that resin cataphractii arms have that second armoured plate below the pauldron moulded on, plastic ones don't as they're done separately on the sprue. GW's way of making it difficult to use leftover plastic arms on resin bodies.
