I believe I had this from long ago during Battletech before it went clix and then to classic. Any idea what this is?

Someone I showed it too thought it might be a kitbash, noting the turret doesn't look quite right to the hull

I don't recognize exact model, but the chassis looks like a relative of the CAV spike tank.

Might be one of the older out of print metal models.
