Xbox has a sale on for both of these titles.

Any opinions on which one is more fun?

It really depends on what you're looking for. Rogue Trader is an isometric-style RPG in the style that was originally popularized by Baldur's Gate. Chaos Gate: Daemonhunters is a tactical combat game that's similar in style to XCom. Both games are good. It comes down to what appeals to you more.

As said, they are different game types.
They both have turn-based combat, but that's about it.

Rogue Trader is a RPG with tactical combat.
Chaos Gate is a tactical combat game with a campaign element.

I have both, and played both a bit.
Rogue Trader is there for the long haul.
Chaos Gate is getting complicated, when particular enemies start appearing. If you can get the DLCs for pennies, do it, but play the base game first.

Thanks guys. I have Mechanicus already, which scratches the pure tactical itch. Went for Rogue Trader.

I’m sure Chaos Gate will come down even more in the future.
