Subject: Beastmen makers that match older GW WHFB models, scale-wise?

Hey Dakka,
I inherited an older WHFB beastman army, and am having fun slowly painting it up. I like to add in a few variant models here and there, to spice things up. Particularly a new chariot or two, since (it seems?) GW only made the one beastman chariot (the metal model, with the goofy "mutant" boars pulling it). I've found some cool beastmen from Reaper.com, and picked up the new (ish, it's probably ~10 years old now!) plastic bray-shaman that's the same size as the WHFB models. Then I picked up some Tzeentch beastmen (the ones from Silver Tower) and they're HUGE. They definitely don't play well with the older beastmen models, and that's really put me off buying any new Games Workshop beastmen models.
Does anyone here have any suggestions for Beastmen models that would be a reasonable match for the older WHFB GW models? Where do you go to get your mutant beastman love? Bonus points for any good chariots, as I really had fun painting up the one metal model I have, and hope to find other cool models to make a unit (assuming I ever use these models to play a game, lol)
Thanks!

I have a box of these guys:

And I'd say they're similar in size to GW Ungors? They also have some Centaurs that I think scale well with GW minis. They look better on the sprue than on the frankly awful box pictures.
Aside from that, I mix Frostgrave Gnolls in with my Beastmen and I think they fit pretty well. No reason as far as I'm concerned I can't have more than just goat headed beastmen!

Nice, thanks for that advice. I just finished up my beastman chariot, which has a gnoll/hyena man ( https://www.reapermini.com/search/gnoll/latest/07059) as the champion on board.
Diversity is the way to go with my beasties too

"But me no buts! Our comrades get hurt. Our friends die. Falkenburg is a knight who swore an oath to serve the church and to defend the weak. He'd be the first to tell you to stop puling and start planning. Because what we are doing-at risk to ourselves-is what we have sworn to do. The West relies on us. It is a risk we take with pride. It is an oath we honour. Even when some soft southern burgher mutters about us, we know the reason he sleeps soft and comfortable, why his wife is able to complain about the price of cabbages as her most serious problem and why his children dare to throw dung and yell "Knot" when we pass. It's because we are what we are. For all our faults we stand for law and light.

As a super budget option, take a look at the Dark Alliance Minotaurs. They are soft plastic and ostensibly 20mm scale, but they actually size up quite well as 28mm beastmen.
There is quite a bit of annoying flash cleanup that has to be done with a knife and you have to clean them thoroughly and prime with a plastic specific spray like Krylon Fusion.
However, the 8 poses are pretty good and at 32 figures for around 12 bucks the value is incredible.
Halfway down this page are some actual measurements and a few pics with 28mm figures.
