But you do tend to notice unbalanced pts in some army lists. Also sisters 9th paragons had a big typo error.
The Paragon error was limited to the -1 Damage resistance not specifying that wounds couldn't be reduced below 1. But any
TO or even casual opponent would know that was not how the rule was intended and I do believe it was officially fixed later.
As far as points go, its true there were some imbalances just like any edition and I would actually recommend people use the "9th 2022 MK II Nephilim points" and NOT the "9th 2023 MK I Arks Points" as the Arks points is when
GW started making massive amounts of war-gear free and that doesn't work for 9th without creating mass imbalances.
That being said I did start to work on a Final Points update that my group uses to strike a balance between those last two munitorums as well as fix many of the units that
GW just refused to adjust due to them being old units or the fact that
GW purposefully overpriced certain aircraft. Certain armies also got a bit shafted such as Orks with their Gorkanaut and Morkanaut being nearly 100 points over what they should be and we also changed the Dakka rule to allow a +1 to hit in Dakka range (making it more than just a garbage rapid fire weapon)
