Introducing the Discworld Graphic Novel Universe...

We are delighted to announce, in association with The Terry Pratchett estate, the fantasy world of Sir Terry Pratchett will soon be available in an all new format!

Starting with Thief of Time in April, 2026, adapted by LEGO comics author Gary Chudleigh, illustrated by the award-winning Rachael Stott, the artist behind works for Marvel’s New X-Men, Star Trek and Doctor Who, and coloured by award-winning colourist Ellie Wright.

We'll then be bringing you Monstrous Regiment and Wee Free Men, adapted by Rhianna Pratchett herself!

We hope you enjoy these new adaptations and we cannot wait to share them with you. For more information and behind the scenes content sign up for the Estate newsletter: https://tinyurl.com/PratchettEstate

The Terry Pratchett Estate and Transworld Publishers announce new Graphic Novels Series based on the Discworld

We are thrilled to share with you the announcement of the Discworld Graphic Novel Universe. We are so excited to be bringing the fantasy world of Sir Terry Pratchett to life in a completely new way, kicking off April, 2026.

But which of the Discworld novels will we start with?

Well, how about three?

Readers can dive into Thief of Time, adapted by LEGO comics author Gary Chudleigh, illustrated by the award-winning Rachael Stott, the artist behind works for Marvel’s New X-Men, Star Trek and Doctor Who, and coloured by award-winning colourist Ellie Wright.

Monstrous Regiment will publish in Autumn 2026, and continue what we hope to be an expansive graphic novel universe, with the rest of the creative team, and more titles, to be announced.

The younger reader’s strand will begin in 2027 with the beloved The Wee Free Men. Tiffany Aching’s adventures will unfold in this new format, adapted by Terry’s daughter, Rhianna Pratchett, with the artist to be announced.

I enjoyed the one they did of the first books ages ago so I'm down for some more graphic novels!

Though I'd still argue that the perfection would be a whole book done in the style of Josh Kirby

If they're doing the Tiffany Aching/Wee Free Men arc, I am so fething in for it!

Oh who am I kidding, I'm here for all of it. Doesn't matter what stories they do.

Yea I'm not seeing any whimsy in that page. What's the point in drawing Discworld in Marvel style?
