Firstly, why are you buying in bulk? Get the colors you need.

Second, Army Painter's current line (Fanatic) is great according to sponsored influencers, anything older is complete garbage. I would choose AK 3rd generation acrylics every time.

The old meta is dead and the new meta struggles to be born. Now is the time of munchkins.

I’ve enjoyed Army Painters Speed Paints, but I don’t think I’ve used many, if any, others.

The Army Painter's old Warpaints line had a really great white and a great black, but the other colors were hit and miss and it was hard to get the paint to mix, again, depending on the color. The washes were really good and the metallics were decent.

Their current line, the Warpaints Fanatics, are really great. They are a good consistency, the paints mix with minimal shaking, and the look amazing. The excellent washes remain unchanged, and the metallics are even better than the old line. The colors are very saturated too. I would recommend trying the Warpaints Fanatics and avoiding the older Warpaints line.

As for the Army Painter's speed paints, I haven't tried them yet, but I've heard good things about the Speed Paint 2.0. Avoid the 1.0 as extremely thin paint, such as washes, can cause it to reactivate.

I so far only used their basecoat sprays matte black and skeleton Bone and am very satisfied with both. Good coverage, smooth finish, especially skeleton bone is one of my staple basecoats I used for years.

Edit: sorry, I overread that you are referring to the paint sets. Hope my comment wasn't too far off topic
