It looks like the contents of the big Fronteris launch set at about the price of the Fronteris Kill Zone (which came shortly after at half the cost and only 20% less content).

So yea if you like the Hadley's Hope aesthetic this is a great deal for IMO one of the more functional terrain sets of recent years.
