Dear Hive Mind,

I have a powerful memory of a song from Disney's Pinocchio (1940) where Pinocchio and Geppetto have been swallowed by a whale and sing a sad song worried about what will happen. (They later escape by setting a fire and making the whale sneeze.)

The lyrics I remember are something like:

What's gonna happen to us?
What's gonna happen to us?
All swallowed up but at least we're not eaten
What's gonna happen to us?

In there times of uncertainly I went looking for the song and found... nothing. It doesn't exist.

Now the obvious answer is that at some point I switched placed with myself from a parallel world and found myself on this Earth with its Jiff Peanut Butter and Shazaam the Genie but I wonder could it just be that I'm misremembering where the song is from? Is there some other film with a sad song about being eaten?

Well before I started this thread all I could find searching for the "All swallowed up" line was an AI lecturing me that this is "ironic humor" since the characters have been swallowed but are happy they've not been eaten...

Since apparently the classic Disney song "What's Gonna Happen to Us?" from the 1940 version of Pinocchio did not exist in this timeline. Much like the Arnold Schwarzenegger King Conan from 2003 which also had a cameo by Bridgette Neilsen as Red Sonja establishing that Arnold's character in that film was Conan using an alias.
