Hey-o. I'm restoring a friend's Dark Eldar army, and have piles of these jet bike things... But only three riders.

I'm not even sure what these are called, but where the heck can I get riders? Any 3d printer models that will fit these specific bikes? I need about 6-8 of them, sigh!

I play...

Sigh.

Who am I kidding? I only paint these days...

Reaver Jetbikes. (3rd edition Dark Eldar)

It looks like the old metal riders are one piece, so its 'possible' that the newer plastic riders could be converted to fit, though the newer riders look different (I think the 3rd edition ones were wyches).

Ebay looks bereft of old reavers. I'd consider casting more riders up for personal use and conversion.

The standard plastic Reaver jetbikes had plastic riders:

The box with the champion and special weapons (blaster, shredder) came with the metal Wych riders you have:

Man, I remember when those models were new. I feel old now...

What a blast from the past. I actually think they look pretty cool now.

The original question remains; how do we get riders for pancakeonions' bikes? I've been scouring eBay for loose 3E riders to no avail.

It's a shame they lost the gun-on-a-pole idea of the originals and went for a closer to Eldar with spikes design for the new ones.
