Since 3.0 released I'm seeing significantly less battle reports or articles about the game, mainly the former. It could just be the groups/content I peruse that aren't doing as much so I was curious if anyone has seen what they believe is a change in HH content output.

Hmmm. As far as battle reports, HH 2.0 was already dead in its final year. What is notably absent in 3.0 are power rankings, so maybe the competitive crowd has abandoned it?

HH-focused YouTube sites like SN still seem to be cranking them out - although perhaps at a slightly lower rate? Heresy Hammer is still generating regular content. Goonhammer is covering Heresy regularly too. Winters SEO (an odd fellow who produces, IMO, the best Heresy battle reports) is definitely doing less, and has complained about aspects of the new rules.
I feel that the Heresy forums here on Dakka are pretty dead though.

Lost Legions podcast is also going strong and MWG are posting probably more battreps than in the tail end of 2.0
Haven't come across anything from Bear Foot and Horus Hearsay in a while, maybe they quit.
The HH discord seems as healthy as ever.

I quite enjoy Lost Legions, The Honest Heresy, 2+ tough and Black Briar (the latter used to get really worked up about stuff, but seems to have now had a personality transplant which is somewhat less entertaining).
As said SM is inspirational in terms of the minis and terrain they play on, and the quite quirky chap that narrates makes it more interesting.
The Honest Heresy are pretty good for events in the UK. They've had a lot of experience of running them and so have cut through some of the obstructive elements of the rules to produce some solid event & mission packs.
Its always very hard to track a game's popularity by online content - I will say there is a lot more than for Legions Imperialis, which is very sparse.

I'm sure when LI 2.0 rolls around all the usual sycophants will be all over it again... for two weeks.

The heresy guys at the club are still playing, but oddly games have retreated to peoples houses, they aren't bringing their toys in. Public shame about version 3?

3.0 is still fairly active IRL in my neck of the woods. There's a couple of shops down in the big city which all have an active heresy night (they're all different nights). One of them also has a monthly tournament with a small buy-in and store credit won for various factors.

To be fair I'd play any game for which I could get a game multiple nights per week.
