If my model with BS 5 rapid fires a plasma gun and rolls a 2 and a 3, does the two count as overheating even though it's a 'hit?'

Yes you hit then it overheats. Usualy people with the [DCM] tag know what they are talking about. Look for that when you get replies from varius people

Me neither, which is why I went back to the rules in this case. The only thing DCM means is that a member ponied up $25 to help keep the site above water.

I did say usualy. not to say that those that don't have the Tag don't know what they are talking about but its more common that those that do have the tag have been on the boards long enough to know what is going on.

But you did check the rules which is what a good person would do

Worst case scenario is that you give up beer money for one weekend.

If it were as easy as giving up beer.... which I gave up 15 years ago.

Being married complicates things. Asking to spend 25 dollars is alot more compliacted then just "giving up beer money" for the weekend.
