DarkHound 2011-01-02 07:47:26 Any number of reasons. Usually because the Ultramarines want the glory for themselves, but most Guard Commanders are unwilling to leave a campaign they've already invested heavily in.
Like if they show up late to a party and bad mouth the host, but won't leave.
