Just a little somethin somethin I've been meaning to finish for waaaaay too long. Since the soldiers of Midas are prone to being knee deep in bad assery, the sergeants have to be even deeper (so...waist deep?).
While the shotgun is still the name of the game when dealing with foes at (short) range, the Sergeant simply doesn't have time to carry around a cumbersome riot shield, so instead they opt for the double bladed chainsword. While it's infinitely more difficult to control than a normal chainsword, the damage potential evens things out. It's also an effective management tool, as few soldiers risk angering anyone crazy enough to use such an unwieldy weapon. |
