I noticed that the back detail was better... I think this was because it was the second part poured, and because i pushed the blaster deep in the clay, the back had more contact with silicone during that part of the pouring process... or something
But I think both suffer from the fact the mold was cut in two, due to me forgetting to put a release agent between the silicone.
(I want 12 blasters for my dark eldar true born... I'm not willing to buy 12 boxes of warriors to get them (£180!). GW doesn't have a bits service, So I have little choice but to cast some up.) |
