Colour schemes are not bad mate, but watch a few tutorials on dry brushing, shading, high lighting and the use of inks. This will really bring your models to life. Also be carefull of stray brush lines which can make your work look sloppier than it is.
That said, you have a nice army put together their . I think your best work is perhaps the Talost. Keep it up.
