Image Description: I got insperation from the NCR Trooper from Fallout NewVegas. So I chopped up, Green stuffed and added some bitz to the Cultis Champion from the starter set DarkVengence to make a wicked Imperial Guardsmen.

Quarterdime 2014-04-07 15:56:18 Looks good so far. I'm just not sure if that's supposed to be a guardsman or a commissar. As to why a guardsman would scavenge a commissar's coat, or why a commissar would replace his hat with a helmet, although I can imagine the latter a lot easier considering the practicalities involved and if he's alone.
