This was my Christmas present for my little brother last year. It was the first MAS Discworld mini I've painted, and was pleasantly surprised. The resin base is also a MAS product
I ended up going pretty dark with the highlights on the robe, and some of them don't show in camera too well. I deviated a bit from the original Paul Kidby artwork and gave the guitar a more eyecatching traditionally rock-n-roll color scheme. On hindsight, the base got left pretty bland, had I had another week, I'd've experimented with snow products to create ambience. |
