It has come to my attention that some people find the sterngaurd veterans squad to be useless and a waste of points......I however beg to differ because not only do they have an amazing B.S. but also can benifit your army when it comes to objective based games.One useful strategy is putting a sterngaurd squad in a rihno and taking them to a far off objective before the enemy can begin there turn.Drop them there and arm them with a heavy weapon depending on the army your facing.Remember they dont count as scoring units so they cant capture points so keep them blasting away until scoring units can come in and capture the points.Doing this can not only score you a objective but also you can later shoot at critical units in the other army at a safe distance.
