I posted this list a few days ago, with no response, without the tourney focus.
I'm planning on going into my first tournament season this year, as a noob no less, and am trying to decide which lists that I have compiled are "tourney viable". This list seems like alot of fun to play and I have been playing a smaller version of it for a little while now with a fair degree of success. I have very little
exp in tournament level settings however and am curious if this list is viable/how could it be improved for tourney w/o changing it drastically.
Any thoughts on this list are greatly appreciated!

Basically I've trimmed down on some extras that I personally dislike, such as sentinals and plasma pistols and I've added more to the core of the build which is chimeras with lots of firepower.
You may take note of the small grenadier squads with the mismatched weapon types, flamer and plasma, that I have mounted in 3 chimeras. These may be swapped out at some point, for an infantry platoon as below, but the reason they have been taken as such are as follows: the man utilizing the firepoint of the chimera is less likely to suffer an overheating death, the original list contained them And I do not wan't to deviate from that list too greatly, and if the chimrea pops due to a green tide or bug swarm the flamer template will come in handy.
These grenadier squads are not intended to leave their chimeras!!! The guardsman are a different story entirely and may often leave their transports to capture a point while leaving the firing line of chimeras intact.
