Haven't seen this up yet, so here you are!

So, what is it? From the title I pressume Leman Russ Battle Tank, but isn't that kinda old? Or is it a new version for Spearhead?

It's the new version with the added Eradicator, Vanquisher, Exterminator and multiple sponson options on the sprue clearly visible.

Thanks for the picture, my local GW stores don't have this yet.

Hm, sadly without the ability to swap main guns like the Demolisher kit, but feth it, I am pleased as punch.

You can swap between the Vanquisher and Battle tank, but the other two not so much.

Looks like the new turret style, glad I waited now they will match. Ability to swap the sponsons, never use the van or exterm anyways. Looks like I can swap between the erad and BC fairly easy with a little nip to the bottom of the turret.

Also, just FYI, apparently there are some conversion bitz and a few blisters we have not seen ALSO coming out with this release. - Thank you Warseer and Scryer.

nice sprue pic... as or swapping out the gun in the turret, you could if wanted, place the magnets where the pivot pins are, and chop off those pins, 4 magnets, two in the turret and two in the barrel, and you can yank out the weapon of your choosing... other thought would be to magnatize the whole turret...about 8 to 10 magnets, but only if it fits perfectly... then you can just separate the turret halves and swap out barrels...but yeah, I have like 9 russes already...

Two magnets. One on the bottom side of the turret, and one on the bottom of the weapon. Snip the tabs off, and they will fit fine.

Excellent! I like how the sponson weapons are swappable, and theoretically you could just leave them out for a tank without sponsons, even if it looks a little weird.

Doesn't look like it. It looks like the old stye before the new Demolisher with the pegs that go out to allow the gun to aim up and down. Does anybody know when this will be coming out? My wife told me I could get it when it did as I just bought her a Stompa.

if we are lucky the blisters are hopefully the missing artillery variants for the guard

Excellent. I'll be glad to get this kit. I haven't had an acutal LR battle tank with the battle cannon in years. Turned both of them into my skeletal/nurgle lost and the damned. Still upsets me what they did to the Vanquisher and all, being that all the rounds are special ammo rather than having it the way it was before with variable ammo.

Nice, more turret options, is this kit out yet. I'll gladly buy it all my LR tanks are currently the old ones

He didn't say. But he did say one of them IG players would want, and another they wouldn't.

And he said something about the one IG players would NOT want had something to do with Storm Troopers.

Possibly Pask as the "do want" and a Kasrkin sergeant variant as the "do not want."

Unless they are being sadistic and reissue the old Marbo model again as a new release.

If it's a Kasrkin Sergeant wearing a full helmet with respirator, I'm gonna be pissed from having sawed three heads off Kasrkin Sergeants and getting ready to do headswaps on them with Cadian Respirator kits.

Considering Spearhead is an armor-based release, I'd put money on the IG one being Pask.
