Well Ive gotten all the Termichrons I'd need for the special event assembled. (It's looking like I might not be able to make it but hey I've wanted to do this for a long time anyway.)

Well I got the first round of GS done last night. (more remains to be done.) GSed the torsos of all the standard Termichron chassies, (still need to do hands here and there) Started on GSing the "flayed one," and the "Pariah" I'll get pics up later .

(edited for accuracy. Heh)

Thinking of the "counts as" list as follows

Warriors = T800 endoskeletons w/"long arms" (Ie Lazguns, Bolters, etc)
Immortals= T800 endoskeletons w/"Heavy weapons" (Assault cannons, etc)
Flayed Ones = T1000s
Ahhniliator barge = HK Tank (Converted Leman Russ w/modified dreadnaught torso on top)
C'tan Shard = Harvester HK from Terminator salvation
Scarab swarm = Aerostats HK
Triarch Stalker = HK Centurion
Ghost Arc = HK transporter from terminator salvation (Kitbash of Valk with some Tau bits. specifically engine pods. )


Necron Overlord = ???
Necron Lord = ???
Lychguard= ???
Cryptek= ???
Canoptek Spider= ???
Canoptek wraith= ???
Monolith= ???

Great idea and execution! I love the re-positioning and the use of lasguns, this will be an awesome looking army!

Make sure you clean up those mold lines!

I will. all mold lines MUST DIE. Ive gotten most of them. and begun GSing the minis but none of the Pic's I took came out well enough no not cause headaches... I've moved on to other things for the time being as I don't really have the space to store a completed Termichron army, and I have some things in the works... (for details check my index page.)

I watched WAAAAAY too much terminator. Seriously. way too much. when T3 came out I watched T1, and T2 back to back the day prior. T4 (salvation, aka the pseudo reboot) I watched em again. then saw the into do DOW1 Dark crusade again and it kinda clicked.

There was a Pblog on Warseer a last year or so where someone was converting up a Necron commissar and that's also stuck with me. At any rate this project is on hold (again) at least until after Da Boyz GT 2011, and possibly until the new 'Chron dex drops.

thats a shame i think they look really cool. cant wait to see what comes next. not to mention they look awesome.

...oh and i dont believe there is such a thing as watching to much of the terminator movies

Heh me Either (in a way) T1, and T2 are so good. T4 is not bad and T3 well... some of the scenes are awesome but it largely is just... Bad

I'll be picking up a copy of the Current 'Dex and looking it over. From the pieces people are going WTFBBQ over It should work even better now to represent the forces of Skynet 40k style

My only suggestion would be to make the Lasguns shotguns. But they are still some cool models!

long time since i visited this thread... i recall seeing these minis before but can´t say when and couln´t made then the connection to you back then... cool looking minis... and they do bring forth the air of terminators quite strongly! have you any painted minis of these yet?

well.... i always ment to convert necrons into some pre -rivetto robots...but then all that plasticcard made me do them on my own...

Did a little more GS work on the "Overlord/Phaeron" (had to do something with the excess from filling gaps in the bulkhead from my terrain blog)
