How about Orks in post apocalypse style? I like that idea - and finally I have done this conversion of Nob scavenger.

C&C are welcome

Very nice. The signpost with a chunk of concrete is just excellent. Really adds to the model.

It'd make one hell of a messiah.

Very cool conversion. He looks a bit to clean for me tho would go over it with a mud wash and the base is not finished.

Love the signpost weapon

Thank you for comments.
Yeah I also think to add a little dirty look to him. There is still few details that needs to be painted - base, ring on his nose, backpack details... and I want to make more dirty teeth as well.

Here is few steps of conversion process. Hope that you will find it usefull for your experiments)
Step 1 - Making head

Step 2 - Making feets on the base

Step 3 - Legs. I made them higher because nob legs should be larger than ork boy legs

Step 4 - Finalize boots with green stuff

Step 5 - Chose right angle for torso direction

Step 6 - Size compare. Now you see that he visually higher than ork boy

Step 7 - Time for forearm. I chaged pose of hand since my Nob holding road sign with part of concrete on it. And its heavy...

Step 8 - Now it is time to choose apropriate angle for hands

Step 9 - Filling gaps on arms with green stuff

Step 10 - Now I have made a post in his hands and metal list on his right arm

Step - 11 Final one. Put part of tire on Nod shoulder.

Thats all folks)
