Do you need Line of Sight in order to use the Grimoire of True Names? It's entry doesn't say you need it and it is neither a shooting attack nor a psychic power. It does say that it targets a friendly unit, however. Thanks.

Nope. Line of site is not needed, and it can be used when locked in close combat.

It can effect any daemon unit within 24".

The rule is perfectly clear: there is no requirement for line of sight, so no line of sight is needed. No FAQ required.

OTOH, they could always errata it if that wasn't the intent.
