I still need to do a giant ork vehicle kit bash. Turn my table into a real mekshop.

New magnet added to the fridge--retired the old one

I've got a cake topper that needs some controlled demolition work, heavy resculpting, and a new paintjob. The wedding is in early September, so if I don't get it done this month, there's really no point. Usually, I'm just lethargic, but now it really will be hard to find the time to work on it. Artificial deadlines don't really motivate me, so here's hoping that a real, hard and fast one will...

I fullfilled my July vows (incredible !) and for august, have to paint 15 grey knights marines with halberds.

As stated in July, I will be painting the dark eldar battleforce.

Recently bought an Eldar Crimson Hunter. I plan on fully magnetizing for easy swapping between it and the Hemlock as well as adding a few LEDs in the engines and vents by the end of the month... maybe start painting it.

well, since I utterly failed to complete my goal last month I'll just carry it on into this month:

finish painting biker captain and command squad

they're about 90% of the way there. that's all I'm going to have time for this month, though, as I'll be moving in a couple weeks. yay, packing and unpacking...

Hey folks I'm going to try for a very productive month, here they are:
Magnetize 40 of my space wolf backpacks.
Get 4 plasma cannons magnetized for my long fangs.
Build the last two tau broadsides.
Build two tau crisis suits.
Paint one model (probably a warlock or farseer).

Total fail for the last two months so I will take a break from painting warpath/King of War minis and paint some Full Thrust spaceships for one of my brothers.

I have 5 close combat Imperial Fist terminators in process. I hope to have them completed by the end of August. So far, I've been working on their sergeant for about 4 weeks.

But I think I'm getting my technique down. The others should go faster.

Finish my ravenwing bikers.

Repaint my old and shamefully-painted CSM squadron.

Finish my first squad of Cultists.

Haven't been successful with my original stated vow... I still have some time left...

But I'm going to add a bit more to my plate. In addition to finding some place to spray prime I will:

1. Put together the models for 2 Dark Vengeance box sets
2. Put together the Chaplain that came with one of thte Dark Vengeance box sets
3. Put together the models for 2 Razorbacks

As part of the vow I will do my best to eliminate flash, mold lines, extra bits of sprues, and evil in the world.

Only have the two troop squads done of my dark eldar box painted. Got 40 new guardsmen in a trade that I had to repaint, then there's work.... but i have the next 3 days off! time to get the raider and 3 ravagers built and painted.. I hope the weather is nice!

Stretch Goals ( <-- don't you just love that term? )

and not exactly painting or modeling but...

5. Play my first 6th edition game.

I started late to the game this month. My goal is to finish the bases for my Valkyries finally. I am about half way done overall on the project which I started last night.

If I finish the bases and feel like stretching it out with more paint, I would love to finish the valkyries also. Just need to paint some weapons, glue some bits, and mix in some magnets.

finished the bikes a couple weeks ago (right before the move), but didn't have time to take photos until tonight:

TODO: Finish my damn imperial guard army. 150 Cadians painted, need washed and based. Approx 10 special characters/HQ.

While since it is a last day, I am calling my month done.

I finished the bases, but never got around to finishing the actually valkyries. Too many real life things popped up.
