I am facing down the mighty Fist of Medusa Strike Force that totally crushed me last week with a 2+ Feel No Pain and Vindicators that had machine spirit (moved 12" and shot normally).

Well for starters you need Wings and electro shock grubs on those Tyrants. They won't do much against the ridicous FNP bike blob, but with that they can at least reliably wipe a Vindicator a turn.

The electroshock only gives haywire if i remember correct, and it's only 1 hit from haywire so i don't see how that reliable kills a vindicator.

I used the dessicator because given the higher toughness being able to wound Bikes on 2+ could help out prior to assaulting.

Speaking of which, i'd assume the vindicators would most likely die in the assault phase if you are within 8" of them to hit them with a flamer, then you are in decent assault range as is.

Wish i had them modeled with wings, sadly i don't. You are absolutely correct FMC would be a big boon. I'd cut a succubus in a heartbeat to pay for those wings on all 3 tyrants.
