I'll will do anything in my power to prove my forgiveness. My sincere apologies to darkinnit who I aciddently robbed stupidly thinking the stuff and machines were public. I will happily co-operate to talk about me re-joining the server. I will also build darkinnit a thunderhawk (in tekkit) that can fly and drop bombs

Looking back on it, perhaps I was a bit too quick (knee-jerk reaction) to ban. I was applying the normal Minecraft server's strict rules against stealing on a Tekkit server where Equivalent Exchange is available and items are frequently given away or certainly little care is given to item loss. However, that still does not mean that it is ok to steal nor assume items are free.

I have re-whitelisted you and both your friends. However, you should always ask people before taking items (especially as you will often find the answer will be yes anyway, at least for regular items), it's just common courtesy. If it's not clear, never assume.

If have taken what you said into consideration and have made it more clear that the items in those chests are not public (the chests are now clearly labeled and there are now four signs in total, instead of the original two).

You do not need to return the items from your inventory, you can do what you like with them (see, just ask! ). You do not need to build me a thunderhawk, I don't know what one is. You will need to recreate your chunk loader blocks, as I removed them (although you shouldn't need three so close together anyway, one would load a large enough range). I also disabled (but did not remove) your condensers/energy collectors.
