I'd check around pages 7-15, if you must. I pretty distinctly remember him (amongst others, GES for instance) saying he wasn't going to RP. Infact, it's been so long, I don't even remember who N was suppost to be.

EVENT!

The zombies swarmed forward, quickly covering the distance between them and the survivors. Keira still knelt sobbing as a hundred undead Toms continued to accuse her. In their unconscious state, K and Vikky were disturbed, dreaming the same dream, a screaming nightmare of pain and death that would have brought them to their knees in despair had they been awake.

On the roof of the bus, Halon continued to sight along the barrel of the minigun, waiting for the signal to fire. His stomach cramped and writhed, threatening to expel anything that remained inside, dark visions played at the fringes of his mind but he fought to keep them under control along with his stomach and grimly held onto the trigger.

Saunders stood ready with the rocket launcher, still smiling at the destruction wrought on the convoy above them. He steadied his breathing and tried to ignore the foul smelling vomit sticking to his helmet as he listened to Tombstone give the count down.

Daisy trembled slightly, concern over Keira and fear over the zombies advance tempered with her desire to be with Tombstone, to not let him down, and to live. Jennifer crouched there with her, taking aim down the barrel of an assault rifle, the underslung grenade launcher reassuringly bulky as she tracked the advance of the horde.

Bonzo was having fun up on the roof of the truck. He hummed to himself as he played the .50 over the zombies, every so often making a small “bang” as he pretended to shoot one, imagining their brains exploding like a fountain of gore. Or a piñata… man, those things were fun. If only zombies were full of candy. Perhaps he would be able to check if any of these were after they had blown them to bits…

“FIRE!” shouted Tomb as his finger tightened on the trigger, fighting the waves of nausea which pulsed through his body as he tried to keep his aim steady…

Behind the hummer he was crouching behind, Shadow heard the order to fire and smiled, raising his weapon to fire…

The remaining men in the attacking convoy were torn, should they open fire on the zombies or the people? The former option would probably be the only way to save the girl, but may let them escape. To open fire on the people would mean they could not get away, but would also mean that the zombies would almost certainly get them, and probably swarm their convoy too. Though perhaps they could use the zombie attack as a distraction and just go down and grab the girl…

This is possibly the most deadly event your characters have been in and there is the possibility that you will all die, though you may be able to survive if you are cunning, and luck is on your side (as well as the other players)

I have to say that I don't remember either. I must have just used an outdated list

FYI, Shadow isn't in a building (anymore). He's taking cover behind the front of the lead hummer, having slit a mans' throat and shot a couple of them dead. He's killed about 6ish of the.. "people".

Also, perhaps it would be good to do Day 5 after this event? In-game it's about 10-11 PM IMO. Shadow set off to the city at six.. returned later.. so if you scale in all the preperation and driving..

I may well do a "looking back over the previous day" DAY FIVE to tie in with the event conclusion.

I will also edit the event to put Shadow in the right place.

I expected a reply like this . Eh, I've got three weeks left of the summer holidays, and to be honest with y'all, I'm glad to go somewhere new - where I live has got to be one of the WORST places a teen could live. Nowhere to go (unless I get a bus and/or train..grumble) and noone to with. All my mates live quite far away, the closest one being about a 30 minute walk away (or more? I haven't tried it).

We're probably gonna be waiting awhile for JP.. anyone know anything 'bout him? Otherwise we should perhaps do the event without him. I know this sounds horrible, but what if it takes him 10 days to get back on Dakka? I mean, sure it could take 1 hour, but we don't know. No offense, JP, just saying that perhaps we need to move this RP on a bit more.

Besides, I think Saunders would just try and kill the zombies with the others..

It does seem like it's been quite some time since JP has posted,IIRC his last post indicated that he had been very bust lately.
Not that I would want to leave JP out of the decision making process concerning the event,but I believe your accurate in your statement that more than likely Saunders would basically focus on killing zombies and making sure his six was covered.


But,I'd suggest PMing JP to see if he could maybe pm Silver concerning the event.

eh, I'm keen to get this event done and move to day 5.

However, "boom it's dead" is just too simple for this event - concerning the super-zomb. I foresee possible casualties, although it's not that I want peoples characters to die, it'd just seem pretty damn miraculous if the entire group survived unscathed by this zombie.

I'm slightly concerned about the 6-7 thugs that're left, but I have a feeling that between Shadow's assortment of weapons and his armour, he'll be alright. (I've just signed his death warrant ).

Maybe a space ninja will come down from spehss and eat somebody. /cue one of Halon's stories

You realised that as well as the thugs and super-zombie, there are a few hundred regular zombies, as well as a handful of advanced/mutated zombies?

If I were you, I'd be concentrating on the zombies

And no one has done what I thought someone might do given the situation, which is interesting

What is it that you would've done? Is it running away? Will we live if we run? Tell us silver, don't leave us hanging. Think about it, you could break the mold of the sadistic DM/GM right here and now.
