Not really my best but you get the picture. This Chief Librarian Talnar who in my opinion I have only ever written 1 sentence about. It is time I gave him some attention this guy is one badass as he is my first character I ever freaking made! Not only that but he was my first creative model.
Then one of my standard bearers Who rocks in combat! And the flag was broken when i bought it from a friend so I rebuilt parts of this marine.
Then these badasses. I love me some chainsaw-bolters. As they look awesome and they work!

From whom are unforgiven we bring the mercy of war.
He was made entirely from the bits box, legs of on old empire pistolier, the arms from the older empire regiment box, a bit of milliput for hair and other bits. The back of the horse has all sorts of equipment on it like rope, a pistol, cloth sacks and a skaven skull. I don't know about my "best" conversion, but he was a lot of fun and the most recent.
My Deathstrike was more of a true 'conversion' than a bits box job.

Here are some pictures of WIP on 3 types of scratchbuilt mutants. I wanted some big mutants to use with my Psychic Mutant Troopers and so I cut up some plastic models I had, added heads and other body parts. Hope you like, they will look better when painted, they look bitty at the moment because of all the different coloured pieces.
You can see other stuff I'm working on, on my workbench page http://www.olleysarmies.co.uk/workbench.html
Wow. Massive fan of your mutant scrunts Mr bob olley. In fact I was looking at your website the other day and wondering how long i would have to save up to buy the whole lot! its worth it for mutant midgets with guns
Hey Guys thanks for all your comments, I've got still more conversions I'm working on some are much bigger than these ones I'll post them when I've finished.
Enjoyed looking at the bike conversion looks really cool, cheers Bob
It's my wazdakka, he's twice the size of a normal ork biker though, I didn't have any at the time when I made him, so he's around the size of an ork trukk
