Since deathguard.org is down, I thought I'd post my army here.
They are all painted purely for gaming purpose and to tabletop quality, so no Golden Demon entries here...

Gorgeous (in a dirty sort of way) ! Your colors are very simalar to my old DG which were most definitely post heresy so its really interesting to look at these. Great conversions making them look very morbid and dark w/ out crossing the evil line.

+100 pts for making a cthulu model too!

edit: Any reason for those tanks being darker green? Post a better shot of that defiler too.

If You mean the three Vindicators & the BaneBlade on the right of the picture, they're grey.
I painted them neutral grey so I could use them basically with any army, not just DG.

And I will post a pic of the Defiler for you...

I think the Pred, Dread, and Defiler are green to fit with the Plague Marines.

Didn't you say no golden demon quality? Okay, kidding, but these look amazing, especially the streaking effect (most noticable on the tanks and termies).

I really like these guys. I've seen them elsewhere (B&C?) and enjoyed them. Your Captain is probably my favorite model of the bunch. And I'd love to see some more of the paint chip effect throughout the army. Especially on the termies. My only thought is that the Captains book seems odd with the front of the book facing out as if he's holding it upside down. It would feel more natural to me if he were holding it right side up with insignias on both sides of the book. Just a minor quibble to a great army.

I really like your "dirty" texturing, it works really well especially on those vehicles. That's something that is very easy to over-do, but you've got a good handle on it.

Oddly enough, the one thing I'm most drawn to is the shield on the front right termi. Looks great.

I have a Line Breaker Squadron, a Baneblade, 4 new Plague Marine units and a pure Nurgle Chaos Daemons army in the making just to keep myself busy...

Perfect, person to ask. howd you get the bases on your marines made like that? What materials did you use ect.

The "industrial" bases are made from plasticard. A suitable sized hole punch will help a lot.

The nature bases are just pva glue and sand. Nothing spectacular. If you want details, just ask.

Where did you get the plasticard? I figured it would be what I need to achieve what i want but I cant find it anywhere. I assume im useless at finding things so help would be awesome.

I bought it from my local hobby store. Stores that sell miniature train stuff usually have plasticard.

That's probably the best advice I can give you...

Excellent work. I think the painted iconography is excellent; looks much better than transfers.

Ice cream containers can stand in for some basic uses of plasticard as well where you are not looking to do anything structural...

1 thing wrong typhus has long hair but still awesome

If I remember correctly, Typhon had a bald head and long hair only on the back of his head. I may be wrong, though.

Anyway, I thing the long hair hippie-thing is for Space Wolves, so I kept Typhon bald.
