He looks very good. The grey is nice and even and he looks like he has seen a few battles, but not in the often seen very overdone way. You have found a good balance between clean and used. And the helmet on the belt is a nice touch. Great mini!

Here's the trick to edge-lining armor. Paint the grey on the edges as you've done and then, very carefully go back over it with black paint and smooth out any 'blobs' you accidentally painted on while edging.

In general, the thinner the edge-lining is the better it looks.
