I’m rebuilding my space marine army with resin bases. Does anybody know of any good companies to buy them from? I know of epic cast.

Ohhh, those are nice bases...
2 others that I'm aware of are Epicast ( http://epicast.netfirms.com/) and Back2Base-ix ( http://www.back2base-ix.com/)

I can definitely recommend back2base-ix. The bases I received from them came promptly and well cast and represented very good value for money.

2014 will be the year of zero GW purchases. Kneadite instead of GS, no paints or models. 2014 will be the year I finally make the move to military models and away from miniature games. |

I’m liking Back 2 Base. There small bases are $0.61, most companies bases seem to be $1.00 and up.

There was a company I found a while ago that sold chariot bases with egyptian stylingings on it (such as fallen statues, etc).
Does anyone happen to know what company that was?

If your wallet will stretch, Micro Arts are breathaking (well, as far as resin bases go).
I also think Foundations of War are very good – cheap as chips and they do designs in both sloped edges (like 40k) and rolled shoulder edges (like Warmachine). Really good prompt, polite service, too.
Importantly, the Foundations of War bases are well-designed so that models actually fit on them naturally – a lot of base manufacturers make these really cool, elaborate bases that don't leave anywhere for the model to fit!

I found another site that has some really cool bases for 40k. The bases I bought had a great deal of detail and they were bubble free and very clean and did not require much clean up and deflashing.
They have two types right now and from what they said they are expanding the number of styles and sizes.
