That'll look really nice over an army. If you want to add more detail, you could put some scorched static grass on in little clumps, already looks good though. That's a nice boss btw, I like how he's screamng over the handlebars.

Definitley looks awesome mate, for some alternative ideas, I'd suggest using a more "muddy/tropic" brown approach since I get used to the ideas of orks busting out of lush tropical jungles and forests all the time.

But yeah, orks tend to gather in dirty/dusty encampments alot so that base color and texture matches up pretty darn well!

The base looks great!!
If you really want to tie the base and the models together be sure to give all your boyz and tanks a good dusting with either drybrushing (especially around the boots) or weathering chalks.
