Sorry, I had to break it down into two posts. The Marines seem very nice, the sarge is waaay above the BfM one. And the Commander... he's awesome!
As for the iconography, it doesn't look like the Omegas are molded on... Then again, I could be wrong, the quality isn't the best.
The Dreadnought at least seems to have none (and btw, he looks spectacular, as in as good as the normal one) and the Orks are lovely too. I might have to scrape a few skulls off them, nothing serious.

That Space Marine Captain looks great. I can't believe he's a plastic model. Everything looks more or less fabulous, I have to admit. Look like I'm going to be buying this sooner or later.

I think buying only a box of these would be a shame.
I think I'll buy one just to keep by my side. God knows how much I lament having lost my heroes from Warhammer Quest. *sigh* I still miss you, Keanu the Reaver.

@Pariah Press : yep, that name was from a series of articles (which included short stories) for Jikiri the Elf, a very mean (and powerful) dwarf, and the barbarian with the most awesome name after Conan.

Is the release date simultaneous with 5th edition? Or does this new box set come out later?
Rock too btw, this might save 2 of my buddies a buttload of money as an alternative to even buying bitz sprues! Only downside is they might have to wait a while..

Meh...I dislike the poses of the Marines. Is anyone ever going to be posed like that?
The orks are very nice, though as is the dread, the captain and the termies. It's a must buy for any 4k player, I guess. Good work GW, credit where credit is due (I hope that is right )

So that's what it was! I knew the lines were off, but I couldn't tell what was missing. I wonder how the parts breakdown for it goes.
All in all, the box looks like a good buy. Wonky marine poses aside, the Orks look great, the Dread is excellent and both leaders appear to be of a good quality. The terminators will probably make this a must-buy box for Marine aficionados (the rumored price of 60€ is beginning to look really low).

Probably has a smaller smokestack just to make it easier to mould.
I'm actually impressed with the Orks. They're obviously simplistic ones compared to the real kit, but you'd be hard pressed to tell the difference if you mixed them in. Quite good.

They're not bad figs, but I wouldn't build an army out of em. I'm more into the modeling aspect of the game and I wouldn't want all the simple poses.
Did anyone notice the loading arm on the backpack of the missile launcher marine?

Its also apparent that they curved and blended some of the surfaces that are normally flat; probably to get it to release from the mold easier.

There is a lot of assumption that everything shown is in the boxset.
I would love some kans or meganobz to balance the forces the marines get in the box, but all rumours point to them not being included.
