Thank you! The resin wings are from an old Ral Partha fighting dragon set.

Very carefully. By pinning him to the base using a drill bit, a paperclip and Zap a Gap.

That's a pretty awesome conversion. My only criticism would be the horse on the base. If you went back and green stuffed where he meets the ground to fill in the gap you'd have a winner, and if you redid his barding altogether with greenstuff to make it appear more draped over his legs you'd have pure win! Awesome nonetheless though.

Thank you for offering some constructive criticism.
Unfortunately this was a rush conversion and isn't what we'd normally throw together for our clients. I agree that a little more time could have gone into the assembly/conversion of the model - especially the horse. If you look closely enough, you'll realize he doesn't have a tail. (Let's pretend it's lying under him.) Also, I don't know how realistic is is to be grabbed off a horse with your saddle attached to your bum.
All in all I'm mostly pleased with the paint job, as it only took about 10hrs to complete.
I have him up for sale on eBay for $99.99, $150.00 BIN ($10 shipping). That's around $12 an hour. So we'll see if he's deemed worthy.

Here's a few pictures of my first Chaos Giant, whom I sold on eBay for $350.
His conversions took longer and are better thought out imo. I think I favor him over my most recent giant.

Indeed, I like the second giant better too. The first's wings seem more in line with the giant's size, but the second is better as a whole.
The main problem I have with the first giant is the weird coloring. It distracts too much from the model and draws your eyes away. And it hurts. Not in the good way like a Harlequin, or a good "hey, he got these clothes from enemy flags/hides/etc". It just throws off my eye - even though the painting itself is good.

My original idea was that the giant did in fact get his clothes from enemy flags (i.e. the Bretonnian symbols.) Maybe he's a young giant, just starting out, and his mammy just stitched his first set of Bretonnian heraldry jammies. OR since "Bretonnian devices are sources of pride, prestige and family honor" they probably kept their linen clean. Maybe the pants need a dark wash over them to represent age, battlewear, etc? What do you think/suggest?

Well, I didn't know there was still time to add to this model! Then, yes. I would suggest a dark wash over the pants and maybe dirty up his hoves, hoevs, um...goat feet a bit as well. I still think if you've got time to put a bit more into the dead horse but if it's going out to auction too soon for that then just the painting stuff.
