I thought I would finally post a couple of pics of my beginning Ork Army. I figured they was no need for a blog yet since it will take me ages to finish it. I present to you a squad of 'Ard Boyz sans Nob and Trukk. I will get to these next when I buy the Nob and paint the Trukk.

Let me know what you think. Also, I have posted a picture showing my current picture taking setup (Canon 40d, tripod, laptop, grey card and white poster board). I am still working out the white balance on this stuff, but I thought this was pretty good for staying true to my colors.

Thanks everyone!

Deyz all tuff an killylike!

Great work, the musculature is well defined, and the basing and color scheme lay well. I do have two suggestions--1) increase stompiness with some worn metal on their power armor jaws. Or maybe pick out the edges of the metal jaws with some highlight or a different paint color. 2) Possibly add an extra detail onto the bases--a chunk of worn metal, Blood Angel's torso, or a demolished FW Warhound Titan. In my opinion, just a small touch here and there will serve to really pop the already excellent painting and make dem boyz dead meen lookin.

Post pics of the trukk when you've got it done!
