I was looking forward to the Storm.

I wonder if they'll include rider figures along with driver and gunner?

But they still haven't corrected the flaw on the speeders.

And a bit more exciting is the blurred picture of an humanoid in the background; could it be a 3D render of a Dark Eldar's head?

That speeder from Forge World, or is that the plastic?

Oh, and the head looks more like a Demonette to me.

The magic fumes with horrors in it... coming from the LoC hand looks awesome.

Are they shotguns or bolters moulded into the back area of the transport compartment?

The Legion of the Damned models are awesome to behold, but one can't help but notice how GW has taken the opportunity to add ever more skulls to a marine miniature and really run with it!

I hope we don't have to wait long for that, or that it's at least out by the time the plastic Storm Troopers are out so I can combine the two.

The LoC is looking good,
I had no idea what it would look like, but at least they have made it similar to the regular one (if not larger and more detailed)

I also hope that it has detail on the body like feathers because as it is it would look very very plain painted up.

Hopefully they do some good painting to show how it would look like

And maybe you'll get the wings on this one??

I think we can be sure that they'll add more detail to the body itself. It looks like the wings have only just started to be detailed too, but so far theyre shaping out to be some of the most convincing feathered wings I've seen sculpted... It reminds me so much of when I used to have a pet cockateal that liked to play "face-hugger" and attack my face with its wings.

They're shotguns, you can just make out the rails that go along the top of them. Looking at it again and I see the Storm also has an underslung missile launcher of some sort. I know it's not original, but turning one into a medevac with one of those injured marines would make for a nice model, just need a suitable apothecary conversion then.

That's a Cerberus Launcher and it's not really a weapon. It's sole effect is to reduce the Leadership of a unit charged by the Scouts on the same turn it disembarked from the Land Speeder Storm.

And somehow this is more frightening than being assaulted by, say, a Bloodthirster or Avatar.

Alpharius please. We're trying to come up with a logical reason for the Ceberus Launcher... and can't... not when the Daemons of Chaos army has no such effect on anyone, yet Scouts are as scary to everyone as Fear of Darkness was last edition.

But at this point, since just about everything about the new Codex has been revealed, all the Space Marine Angst is getting old, that's all...

I just hope the Scout Speeder goes together better than the one we have now, all is well.

And boy scouts are relentless. I've never seen one work so hard to sell me a box of microwave popcorn.

Jester, they've recut the Land Speeder sprue completely. It has all the weapon options now (no more metal/plastic hybrid kits), and they've made it so it goes together.
