OLD MAN ULTRAMARINES' BASEMENT

This is my 1850+ Orc Army, some things need to be fixed on it, IE: Bases flocked(on some models) teeth colored, washed with my devlin mud. Minor stuff like that. I know I have 3 HQ choices in this picture, but this is everything I have assembled. I do have another deathkopter that I am working on, and Wazdakka, and a few other projects that I have in mind. Hope you enjoy! The normal list for this army is as follows:

Guys, random is a minis noob.
He painted this stuff in about 1.5 months. First time painter.
He battled with me to remove mouldlines, but he did for most part.
Alot of these pictures are pre Devlan mud treatment. It does a world of good for minis. The all purpose wash. It looks good on anything.
Now to see 2 more 30 ork mobs.

These guys look great for a first army...and in 1.5 months? Nice work! It is always nice to see a finished army on the table. I also like that you use shootaz 
Hmm....I think I am going to give my Warboss a spot of Devlan Mud right now. Another great wash on Ork Skin is Ogryn Flesh, which I had also forgotten.

I dig how in a setting where giant, muscled fungus men ride Mad Max cars and use their own teeth as currency, the concept of little engineering dudes with beards was considered a step too far down the aisle of silliness.

Ultramarine is well wrong. I started in like early july, had to trim about 16 billion boxes of  when i was on active duty. when i came back, i guess that is when i did the majorty of my painting. and yeah, it was about 1.5 months of painting. but overall, it was about 3 months. I still have to do 60 more boys at least. I want bikes. Yeah, bikes. and i want mega nobs.
