Unity? It is there, I have everything organized by type....

As many models as I have it would be silly to have nothing but one clan type.

Personally love my stormboy nob, need to touch him up a little, but other than that beautiful.

Edit: Thought about cutting him off his base and mounting him up a little higher, give 'em that flying down about to swipe yer' 'ead off look.

MM, a wash would make the skin and the clothes stand out more. Try thraka green for the skin and black for the metals and clothes (maybe ogryn for the yellow parts...) Other then that I think it is a good start...

Oh and I think you lost a bit of grotsnik. The upper part of his klaw seems to be missing...

Holy product placement! I thought I had a lot of Orks from swapping out the marines in two AoBR boxes. You've made a serious commitment or added many pounds to your bitz box.

WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!

Alot of my stuff was packed tight with nothing protecting it, then express shipped, a whole lot of damaged models from this.

Small price to pay, but gives me something to do for a while when I have spare time.

Haha, no, no, no....

A good bit of commitment yes, I have about 3,000 points worth of it (Maybe a little more) that I have bought and worked on myself....
The rest of this was handed down to me from my father, he quit playing years ago (Never bothered asking him for it in the past)
Its really not that much. Including all the bits I have and the models that are broken/beat up I only have about ~9-10k points worth of models. More will be added as well plan on getting another battleforce box next payday, and a couple boxes of tank bustas, nobz, and a couple more trukks, after I have about 12-15k worth for some apocalypse games I'll be set....

Wouldn't bother buying any more just yet. Spend your money on basing material, glues, stuff for pinning metals, black spray, a rake of brushes and your base paints then GET TO IT!
Build and base everything properly then spray it black!!!

Keep it simple and quick. Paint large batches (at least 20 at a time). Just get some paint on everything and you will feel so much better about it!!!!!

Good luck and keep us posted!

Oli: Can I be an orc?
Everyone: No.

Primer, check.
Lots'O paint, check.
Brushes (Too many), check.
Basing materials, check.

Time... Ugh... Give me about 6 months to finish just what is put together...

On a good side I have my wife to paint some of it, then I could just go back and highlight.....

I'll try to get a good 2k points worth while I am on leave here... Have to go back to work on the 8th.

I would add lots of coffee to that list. It would take the most of my guts not to try and covert half those unassembled vehicles into one giant, nasty one... Seriously, there is at least a demi-gargant in there.

Also, I've seen so many people with those 2nd Edition Grots, and I don't think I've ever seen anybody with enough guts to paint them all... of course that pales in comparision to the rediculously huge mound you have (never-buy-an-ork-again-huge), but it's still a funny comparision... GL

Gargants have very much crossed my mind....

Quite a few of it is getting used for wartrakks and buggies....

Then the excess, some plasti-card, and left over sprews are getting used for a couple gargants.
