Although I think this post is ok to be separate, you need to stop. You've started three threads that I know of very recently with just a few pics of your terrain pieces and them a few words. You could do one thread with all the terrain asking for advice on an army themed after these pieces and on how to improve the pieces themselves. People will eventually get back to you. They aren't going to immediately within 10 minutes start posting in this thread as if they were fighting a wildfire (This expression might be offensive). It's ok for now, just giving you a heads up. All of your threads are chill to be separate as is.

boards looks cool, seem to be a kinda modern afastnstan kinda board, doesnt realy scream 40k but looks good.

you know whats funny i posted this to see if i could find improvements so far nobody's said anything to do with making it better.

Its hard to get an idea for things with the tiny pics, but from what I am putting together in my head it seems very geometrically organized. Which works assuming those straight rows of builds are along roads of which I see no sign of though. This really distracts my eyes. Perhaps some kind of dust trails between buildsings or demolished roads would help tie this board together. Otherwise I would lay it out differently.

Just my 2 cents.

It looks nice from what we can see, but the pictures are awfully small to give any particularly indepth critique.

Also, and I'm sincerely not trying to be a jerk about this, proper punctuation really helps in reading your posts and comments. Honestly not trying to flame here, but in general, it's hard to want to bother replying to someone when they write run-on sentences that need to be somewhat deciphered.

the board does look pretty good. i like everything exept for the sand. i would make it a tiny bit darker.

Ordinary spray can paint like you can get in a hardware store works fine.

It's best to do the spraying outside because of fumes and the problem of drifting paint going on the furniture.

Big areas of terrain can easily be painted using a household brush and emulsion.

Use matt paint for most terrain items.

Bingo! The beauty about orks (and I play them myself) is that almost any bit will go with almost any bit - hence the joy of converting!

Your board looks pretty good so far but I am inclined to agree with one of the above posters in that some dirt roads/tracks be introduced between buildings. Overall though, good work.

agreed...some sort of road between building, whether dirt or paved would make it look better. you could leave them open or put haphazard blockades on them to break up line of sight.
