Is your model dusty? I suffer from that on my Ultramarines and find it very distracting because it causes two-tones on your solid black areas. Perhaps weather it a bit or add some battle damage if you are looking for a way to add some extra visual impact. Other than that looks like a solid clasic colour scheme on a model that doesn't generally have crazy designs, so good job.

Also, sometimes I find a gloss coat really neat looking on dark coloured land speeders. Might punch it up.

Looks pretty good. Some humble advice, wash your metal areas (the M Melta). It looks pretty one dimensional. A good recipe for metal is;

Your normal metal color (Boltgun, Vallejo gunmetal gray, whatever)
Citadel Black wash
Drybrush a 'brighter' metal (Chainmail, whatever)

Or the brass sections;

Brazen brass
Citadel Black wash
Drybrush Brazen brass/chainmail mix

Cheers

looks sharp.. I think Strimen meant that with gloss on the black, your paint job will play with the light a little more.. making a clean but flat paint scheme more active. It will resist dust a lot better also.

flat

gloss (NICE!)

Hmm. Yes, a gloss on the black would be nice -- but be sure to give it some h/c battle damage afterwards. Scratches, dings, directional shrapnel hits...

*Drools.*

And also, nice level of industriousness.

Oh, Death was never enemy of ours!
We laughed at him, we leagued with him, old chum.
No soldier's paid to kick against His powers.
We laughed - knowing that better men would come,
And greater wars: when each proud fighter brags
He wars on Death, for lives; not men, for flags.

Hmm. Judging by the high-gloss finish you could go for, I'd say more long, sharp streaks of chainmail, building up to Mithril in some places. And then pockmarks of Tin Bitz, then Boltgun dotted, then Chainmail.

I find these help with the sort of moving-vehicle-shrapnel damage.
